Over the last 18 months VisionID has invested heavily in its Service and Support department. We have recruited key people and placed them strategically around the country to meet the needs of an ever increasing Customer base. We have put a lot of faith in the partnerships we have created with our Manufacturers and we have leveraged on this to upskill our team of engineers to ensure they are more than qualified to deal with every situation.

The feedback we are receiving is incredible and this is evident in the number of new contracts we are successful with on a weekly basis. What seems to be more remarkable is not only the excellent service we are providing but also our ability to pass on huge savings to our Customers allowing them to meet budgets with ease.

On one particular contract, we were competing against another service vendor who had been providing an on-site support contract on a high volume of label printers and mobile computers. The other service vendor had been overlooking this account for a number years and the customer was quite happy with their service to date. As we went through the proposal stage and on to eventually be successfully chosen, we were informed that on a like for like service offering we had reduced the contract value by 30%-40%. When the initial value of the contract was over €80,000 then it really hits home how VALUABLE of a service we do provide!!!

We don’t care about the value of the contract, it is important for you to know that we will take on any size with no differentiation in response between these. We are totally customer focused.
