E-Commerce Co-ordinator

Clonmel based (Ref. VIDECC12)

VisionID is seeking to recruit an E-Commerce Co-ordinator with strong commercial acumen to drive the continued expansion of our online sales across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales specifically in international markets by working with the existing e-commerce sales, marketing and technical teams. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience of selling product online, and who see a long-term career for themselves in the e-commerce arena. The position will be based in our Clonmel Head Office.

The Role:

Demonstrate commercial acumen in developing innovative strategies to improve online performance and sales.
Work closely with the senior management team to develop a cohesive e-commerce business plan for European markets.
Work with the e-commerce sales, marketing and technical teams to deliver on this business plan.

Work with the internal sales team to win business profitably and effectively, including direct sales exposure.
Report sales and marketing performance to senior management team, against pre-defined targets.

Experience/ Qualifications:

Ideally 3rd level business / marketing related qualification, with an e-commerce focus.
E-commerce experience would be advantageous - ideally in a business to business environment
Direct understanding of SEO/SEM strategies will be required.
Sales/Business experience specifically in a commercial role would be of benefit.
You will need to demonstrate analytical and organisation skills which will be required to identify and develop relevant opportunities for growth.
High degree of computer literacy (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
