The CLV640 continues the success story of the well-known CLV440, delivering convincing performance due to increased scanning efficiency as well as an improved operating and diagnostic design. The scan frequency is 1,200 Hz, ensuring that codes can be identified reliably even at high conveying speeds. This applies even if the code quality leaves a lot to be desired, since the refined reading algorithms identify even low-contrast, contaminated, or damaged barcodes.
