The Intermec SR61B handheld scanner brings Bluetooth radio technology into cordless scanners to enable stand-alone wireless data collection interface with other Bluetooth-enabled hosts. Thus this cordless scanner offers wireless communication as well, and becomes completely cable free. Meant to last and function efficiently in harsh industrial environments, it offers multiple imaging options like area imaging, linear imaging, unparalleled far/near area imaging or MEMS-based laser. The SR61B can fulfill all the requirements of applications like warehousing, distribution and industrial manufacturing. Its strong external casing protects it from being penetrated by external contaminants like dirt or moisture, and can even survive extreme climates. The SR61B interfaces with other Intermec products including the CN3 series, the CK series, the CV30 and CV60 besides the 700 series of standard computers. Its extended battery life permits over 10 hours of uninterrupted use, thereby reducing downtime. Easy to configure and customize, it is an extremely user-friendly product from Intermec.
