Convergence Systems Limited (CSL) placed second while Psion Teklogic, Inc. established third place in the worldwide appraisal. Advanced technology is required and expected to keep up with customer needs.
Major strengths for Motorola, Inc. include bar code scanning, RFID, and mobile commuting. All of these technologies tend to harmonize with one another, making it easy to move forward with ground-breaking ideas on handheld products. ABI Research also inspected the overall blueprint of the readers and product capabilities. Motorola has approached a universal expansion with its consumer support and advancement for the necessity of verticals. Other areas of consideration were user input organization and performance improvements such as antennas, wireless connections, and battery life.
